1. Accepting of bets

1.1 All football bet will be settled on 90. minute play also referred to as full time (normal time).This denotes the period of play which includes time added by the referee for injuries and other stoppages .This does not include scheduled extra time or penalty shoot outs or extra time are due to take place ,all bets are settled on 90. minute. For matches played at neutral venues ,the team listed on the left is still classed as the home team for settlement purposes .If a match is no longer at the venue advertised ,bets will stand as long as the venue remains in the country and is not switched to the opponents ground. Should this occur all the bets will be void Where Premier-bet sports betting has not quoted prices on a match ,any single bet on that match will be void (odd 1) are treated as a non-runner in multiple bets.

1.2 Time of accepting

1.2a Bets will be accepted up to the start of the event.
1.2b Bets accepted after actual start of the event will be considered illegal even if they were accepted by the terminal and a ticket has been submitted. Illegal bet will be considered void (odd 1).

1.3 Abandoned or postponed events

1.3.a If a match is abandoned or postponed and not played in next 24 hours, all bets placed on that particular match will be void (odd 1).
1.3.b Abandoned events of other sport will be void (odd 1) for any time of abandonment.
1.3.c Odds are subject to fluctuation up to the start of the event. Company can change date of event, odd or cancel any event. Valid odd is one submitted on a ticket.

1.5 Winning ticket

Winning ticket is the one in which all events are affected. Winning amount is calculated by multiplying the stake and odds of all events on a ticket.

1.6 Payment

After the last event on the ticket is finished, the winning amount will be added to your total balance immediately, or no later than 3 days. After withdrawal request is approved, funds will be available for collection within 24 hours, after that period requested withdrawal will be canceled and funds will be automatically returned to your online account. Payment will be possible only at the branch where account was created. Original username and code is the only valid proof of ownership of a certain account. In case of attempted fraud or any kind of manipulation payment will not be submitted. For Mobile money withdrawal, funds will be transferred to your Mobile money account after your request is processed.

1.7 In case of any typos or error in data input (E.g. misspelled couples, odds, error disability, etc.) Company reserves the right to cancel such bets, even if the error was discovered after the event.

Football

In case of abandoning/postponing the football match all bets, that up to abandoned/postponed moment have not been completed and the match is not continued within 24 hours, will be settled with odd 1.

All bets that have been completed until that moment will be settled regularly as winning or losing, depending on the type of game and results for time played up to the abandoning/postponing moment.

Final score is the result after completing the regular time of the match including injury time without any possible overtime.

First Halftime is finished with the score 2 : 0 and abandoning/postponing happened at 68. minute with the score 3: 0

Bets whose outcome is completed (for example: First Half 3+, 0-2, Team 1 scores two goals ...) will be settled as valid.

Bets whose outcome is not completed (for example: Final outcome, 4+, handicap ...) will be settled with the odd 1, IF THE MATCH DOES NOT CONTINUE WITHIN 24 HOURS.

Basketball

In case of abandoning/postponing the basketball match all bets, that up to abandoned/postponed moment have not been completed and the match is not continued within 24 hours, will be settled with odd 1.

For the game types such as Winner of the quarter and Winner of the Half time there are draws.

All bets that have been completed until that moment (the outcome is already known) will be settled regularly as winning or losing, depending on the type of game and results for time played up to the abandoning/postponing moment.

Final score is the result after completing the regular time of the match or completed extra time, if it is a draw after completing the regular time of the match time. Including any possible overtime.


Example:

Match: Barcelona - Real Madrid

First Halftime is finished with the score 45 : 45 and abandoning/postponing happened at 35. minute with the score 87 : 85

Bets whose outcome is completed (for example: First Half, Total Points First Half, First , Second or Third Quarter Winner...) will be settled as valid.

Bets whose outcome is not completed (for example: Final Outcome, 4+, Final Outcome Handicap, Total Points, Fourth Quarter Winner ...) will be settled with the odd 1, IF THE MATCH DOES NOT CONTINUE WITHIN 24 HOURS.

In case of completing the Extra time, if the regular time of the match is not completed draw (exp. competitions with rematches) the Extra time will be void.

Tennis:

In case of abandoning/postponing the tennis match all bets, that up to abandoned/postponed moment have not been completed and the match is not continued within 24 hours, will be settled with odd 1.

All bets that have been completed until that moment (the outcome is already known) will be settled regularly as winning or losing, depending on the type of game and results for time played up to the abandoning/postponing moment.


Example:

Match: Djokovic – Nadal

Abandoning/postponing occurred when result was result 6:3, 4:2 for Djokovic.

Bets whose outcome is completed (for example: Winner of the First Set, Total Gems in the First Set...) will be settled as valid.

Bets whose outcome is not completed (for example: Final Outcome, Total Gems on the Match...) will be settled with the odd 1, IF THE MATCH DOES NOT CONTINUE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

Table tennis:

- If the match is abandoned at any time before the regular end of the match and does not resume within 24 hours of the start of the match, all bets whose outcome is unknow until the moment of abandonment will be settled with odd 1.

- If one of the participants gives up (surrender, injured, disqualification,etc.) before the start or during the match regardless of which player enters the next round of the competition, all bets that are not completed will be settled with odd 1. All bets whose outcome is known up to the moment of abandoment and where the game itself ended, the result is valid and the types played will be processed.

- If there has been a change in one of the players that have been announced all games will be settled with odd one.

- In case of match abandonment due to certain events (eg. One of the players leaving match) and the match is given an official result, the official result will not be taken into account and the match will be processed according to the rules for the abandoned matches and also according to the result that was at the time of abandonment of matches.

Virtual football:

- Virtual football -a game bassed on real league and team names, real matches that were supposed to be played, we only give the results of those matches virtually.

- The result are obtained with a help of RNG (Random Number Generator).
