Premier Bet accepts bets on sports and other events (referred to events as from now on).
Premier Bet has a right to void any bets placed by players who have broken these Terms and Conditions.


1. OPENING AN ACCOUNT:


1.1 The customer must be at least 25 years of age or above the age at which gambling or gaming activities are legal under the law or jurisdiction that applies to the customer itself. The clients are responsible for giving information about winnings and losses to their local authorities if necessary

1.2 Customer must be acknowledged to the terms and accepts the risk that they may, as well as winning money, lose their money too.

1.3 Company trusts completely in the information given by the customer during registration. The Betting company accepts no responsibility if the customer provides the company with wrong information.

The account of a customer must be fulfilled with correct name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for the customer and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address etc. Premier Bet has right to close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so).

1.4.a In case of giving false personal information due the registration process every such account will be found illegal and be immediately closed and blocked.
1.4. b Premier Bet holds on the right to close every such account without further explanation.

1.5 Customer must rollover at least once deposit amount, before makes withdraw request.

    Example: Deposit = 10,000
                      Stake = 2000
                      Balance = 8000 (still not possible to withdraw)

                      Stake = 2000
                      Odd =15
                      Winning =30,000 (possible to withdraw)

                      Total balance = Initial balance + Winnings = 8000+30,000 = 38,000 ( 30,000 can be withdraw)

1.6 Are there any fees when withdrawing?

    There are no fees included in process of withdrawing and depositing your funds if you choose CASH DEPOSIT (depositing and withdrawing in the branch). Regarding MOBILE MONEY depositing, standard MTN fees (for Goods & Services) applies and withdrawal is free of charge.



2. USERNAME, PASSWORD AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION:


The customer is responsible to keep his personal information (e-mail, postal address, telephone numbers etc.) up to date, any changes should be reported to the Betting Company on time.

2.1 After opening an Account, the customer must take all reasonable steps to avoid disclosing (whether deliberately or accidentally) his/her username, password and/or account number to anyone else, including ensuring that up-to-date security software is downloaded into his/her computer

2..2 In the cases, where the account information of a customer have been entered correctly, it will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by the customer.
The Betting Company shall not be liable for any claims in the event that the customers disclose his/her username, password or account number to anyone else (whether deliberately or accidentally).

2.3 Customer Privacy
In the operation of this website, and in running promotions, games, or advertising on different platforms we may collect information about customers, this is subject to our privacy policy.



3. THE PLAYER’S ACCOUNT:


3.1 The customer’s account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system or by any other similar insurance system.

3.2 PremierBet may at any time set off any positive balance on the Player Account against any amount owed by the Player (including under a Duplicate Account) to the Betting Company, including (without limitation) where the Betting Company re-settle any bets or wagers pursuant to this Terms and Conditions

3.3 PremierBet reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on an obviously "incorrect" "line" or after the start of an event. The Betting Company reserves the right to deny or cancel any bet or to place any sort of limitation on it.

3.4 Premier Bet does not accept any responsibility on damage or losses caused by use of the website or by the contents of the website. A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are no reasons to change or cancel a bet if the wager has been registered on the server. The same applies to the use or misuse of the website contents by any person, inability to be connected to the website, inability to use the website, delays in site functioning or data transmitting, failures in communication lines or to any mistakes, typing errors or misses in the maintenance of the website.

3.5. All bets are accepted only according to these rules and are confirmation that the participant in the wager knows these rules and agrees with them completely. If the customer is suspected in fraud or manipulation, as well as in case of any breach of this Terms and Conditions the Premier bet reserves the right to block the customer’s account and withhold any balance.



4. DISPUTES:


4.1 If customer wish to make a query or complaint, as a first step it should as soon as reasonably practicable contact the shop's Manager if it is regarding a shop, or our Customer Services Team for any non-shop related points, for assistance. If, having spoken to a member of the it query or complaint is not resolved, such matter could be brought to the Higher Level. This complaint should be in writing and addressed to support@premierbet.net .After revision it will be forwarded to appropriate competent service.

4.1.a The Service or person in charge will investigate and contact you back with a resolution within 48 hours

4.1.b If a customer makes threat of violence against any staff member their betting account will be closed and the matter referred to the police.



5. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


5.1 The Company may need to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time for a number of reasons, including (without limitation) for commercial reasons, to comply with law or regulations, to comply with instructions, guidance or recommendations from a regulatory body, or for customer service reasons.

5.2 a Email (to the email address the customer has previously supplied us with, if any);
5.2 b Notice on the Website; If any change is unacceptable to the customer, The customer may either cease using the Services and/or close his/her Account
